The problem: It can be tricky to find a good freelancer in the summer months–this agency got in touch because they had been let down elsewhere. They had a large translation job to deliver and were one week from deadline. They needed a reliable partner who could translate multiple product descriptions for a suite of skin and haircare ranges formulated to target skin and scalp issues such as psoriasis.
